HE/HIM

Bio

My practice centers on building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship—one that offers the safety necessary to explore your past, present, and future with honesty, depth, and without judgment. I work from a primarily psychoanalytic, relational, and interpersonal framework, while integrating cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions when clinically indicated. This eclectic approach allows me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals.
