Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and went on to complete his master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. Outside of his clinical work, he’s an avid gamer and a professional Magic: The Gathering player who loves the strategy and community the game offers. When he’s not competing, you can find Tyler spending time with his cat, Lily, connecting with family, or enjoying long walks along the beaches of his hometown, Margate City, NJ.
