We currently serve clients located in New York and New Jersey. Sessions are offered in person at our Midtown Manhattan office, as well as virtually via Telehealth.

Hudson Square Therapy clinicians use an eclectic, individualized approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities based on each client’s needs. More information about each therapist’s specific approach can be found in their bios.
Session fees are based on the therapist’s experience and the type of therapy provided. Please feel free to reach out to info@hudsonsquaretherapy.com for additional details.
We are in-network with Aetna and United Healthcare. For all other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network.
We accept most primary insurance plans that include out-of-network benefits, such as PPO or POS plans. Our office manager can verify your out-of-network coverage and provide you with an estimate before you begin.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling based on clinician availability.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication, will be charged the full session fee. Please note that late-cancelled or missed-session fees cannot be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.
