As a therapist, my ultimate goal is to provide clients with the tools and support they need to build resilience and navigate life’s challenges.
I began my professional journey in the beauty industry, inspired by organizations that valued eco-friendly initiatives, philanthropy, and employee wellness. However, my curiosity about human behavior and desire for deeper, more personal connections led me to pursue a career in therapy.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University and an undergraduate degree from Tulane University, where I studied health and wellness alongside business. These academic experiences, combined with my commitment to understanding well-being and human behavior, have shaped a holistic approach to therapy that empowers clients to overcome challenges and create lasting change.
I believe therapy should be a collaborative process, tailored to each client’s unique needs. My approach is eclectic, drawing from relational therapies, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Reality Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we will define goals, identify obstacles, and develop sustainable solutions.
